For individuals who make less than 300% of the national poverty level, based on household size, we offer a flat rate fee of $50 per. Please submit the form below, and someone will contact you to schedule. Due to federal regulations, Medicare individuals are not eligible for this discount.

Typical Care Plans range from 6-8 visits, meaning your total cost for 6-8 appointments would be $300-400. Payment plans are also available and based on a sliding scale. We re-certify eligibility every 3 months.
